Junior Sous Chef

We’re on the hunt for Junior Sous Chef to join our team!

This role incorporates:

  • Running Bistro Kitchen Service

  • Stock control, stock take and wastage control

  • Staff leadership and mentoring

  • High volume service

  • Flexible hours are required as this role includes split shifts and straight shifts

  • Coordinate and implement food hygiene and quality requirements


To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Italian Cuisine

  • Previous experience in a high capacity kitchen is highly desirable

  • Attention to detail

  • Passion for food

  • Basic Italian language skills

  • Have a good work ethic ensuring fast and effective workflow
